Partnership Lewisham Division, have a full-time
vacancy for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP). The postholder will work across the division at Bellingham Green Surgery, South Lewisham Group Practice or The Jenner Practice. We are seeking

Main duties of the job
The role is an
all-rounded, patient facing role with triage built in as well as administration
work which is associated with the role of the ANP. We are seeking individuals to join our team
who are caring, compassionate and confident, who demonstrate effective
communication, excellent clinical assessment skills, IT skills, and the ability
to treat patients with holistic care. The postholder will be a key member of the practice team
and will be responsible for patients either face to face or via telephone
consultation. They will demonstrate safe,
clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic
skills, for patients within the general practice.
This job is not solely a patient face-to-face role; the job
requires innovation, flexibility and commitment and the postholder will be
required to work resourcefully as part of the team to support patients with
medication compliance, to prioritise their own health needs, and intervene
appropriately with complex, urgent and emergency situations.
