Job summary

An exciting full time opportunity has arisen to join the Quality & Assurance Team at Sulis Hospital Bath.

Main duties of the job

This is a great entry level position for someone looking to start a career in quality assurance within healthcare and will provide the opportunity to learn about and support several key functions of clinical governance including clinical audit, patient feedback, CQC inspections, incident management, governance meetings, best practice guidelines and more.

  • Educated to A-level, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office, specifically word, excel and powerpoint.

Desirable

  • Qualifications,
  • Previous Knowledge and ExperienceEducated to A-level, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office, specifically word, excel and powerpointUndergraduate degree, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare environment
  • Understanding of CQC Regulations and Best Practice standards
  • Knowledge of risk management
  • Experience of audit and quality improvement work
  • Previous experience in complaint handling or customer service.
  • Experience of report writing
  • Previous experience working in quality assurance
  • Experience in minute taking and meeting administration
