Job summary
An opportunity is available within the North-West Wiltshire MSK service for a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist. The role comprises of clinical facing role and supporting on clinical leadership of the team e.g. supervision, complex clinics, service development, service delivery planning and organisation within your non-patient facing time. The post holder will be able to manage a mixed caseload of complex MSK and orthopaedic Spinal and lower limb patients with a variety of conditions. The successful candidate will work alongside Physiotherapy Head of Service and band 7s across the county to provide high quality, evidenced based physiotherapy and will be specifically involved with facilitating the operational development of MSK services. You will be expected to travel across sites between Chippenham and Melksham.
Main duties of the job
To provide excellent leadership to all staff within the defined Community MSK Teams named above.
Use data and soft intelligence to deliver and enhance performance, meeting and surpassing all key performance indicators.
To work in conjunction with other Band 7 clinicians to act as a point of contact for stakeholders and referrers
