Alongside this, you will build strong relationships with internal leaders and external partners, driving innovation and embedding best practice in every aspect of our medical education offer.

This is a hybrid, national role with regional and UK-wide travel, offering you the scope to make a significant impact and the autonomy to deliver meaningful change in how we support our medical professionals to develop and thrive

  • Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer, Learning Enterprise, and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality training.

  • Build strong relationships with external bodies such as deaneries, GMC, and NHSE.

  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the impact of education and quality improvement initiatives.
