We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated NMC registered Nurse or HCPC Registered Allied Health Professional to take the lead in shaping and developing the Neurodevelopmental Pathway Services children across B&NES and Wiltshire.
As a Band 7 Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the ongoing clinical provision, working alongside an experienced team to deliver exceptional ADHD support and management. Your expertise will be central to improving the care and experiences of CYP and their families while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
You will work under a dedicated Professional Lead for Neurodevelopmental Conditions and direct manage a team of talented ND practitioners.
Previous experience working in autism and neurodevelopmental services is vital.<
This is a permanent role for 22.5 hours a week based at either our BaNES or Wiltshire hubs and there is some flexibility where home working can be accommodated.
Main duties of the job
As a Neurodevelopmental Pathway Team Lead you will:
To provide support to the team via line management in line with the supervision policy
To help plan, implement and measure ND pathway transformation
To contribute and lead on appropriate workstreams of ND transformation
To continue to hold a clinical caseload balanced with Team Leader responsibilities, using this clinical responsibility to model best practice and willingness to demonstrate adaption of new processes and ideas
To work collaboratively with other colleagues in the neurodevelopmental pathway team to integrate services to maximise efficiency and optimise the experience of the service for CYP and their families
To work therapeutically with children and young people (CYP) and their families to identify strengths and strategies for management at home and educational setting and support colleagues to do this
To work closely with other teams in order to ensure effective care pathways and in
