Were looking for a compassionate, and organised administrator who is flexible and able to work under pressure and deal with a variety of tasks.

What You'll Do:

Receive and process referrals

Data input information onto patient administrative system (SystmOne)

Act as central point of contact for all calls/enquiries to the Team, redirecting calls, taking messages and dealing with enquiries where appropriate.

Proven administrative experience (healthcare experience is a big plus!)

Good communication and multitasking skills

This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week. Our core admin hours are 08:00 16:00 Monday Friday. The role will be based at Jenner House, Langley Park, Avon Wy, Chippenham SN15 1GG

Main duties of the job

1. Receive and process referrals electronically or via post

2. Data input information onto patient administrative system (SystmOne)

3. Act as central point of contact for all calls/enquiries to the Team, redirecting calls, taking messages and dealing with enquiries where appropriate.

4. Support administrative colleague providing support to the Team and Senior Administrator as required.
