A great opportunity has arisen to join us as a Assistant Health Care Support Worker at Great Western Hospital in Swindon. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care and services to support individuals and teams. Working within a collaborative environment, you will provide essential services tailored to meet the unique needs of those we serve. Based in Swindon, you will have the flexibility to work within a model that supports both on-site and hybrid working arrangements, depending on the nature of the role. Main duties of the job

An Assistant Health Care Support Worker (AHCSW) is a core member of the team delivering personal care to patients and supporting registered practitioners to deliver high quality, compassionate care. You will carry out a range of non-clinical healthcare tasks, under the direct supervision of the registered healthcare practitioner. Your role is to provide compassionate care, to agreed quality standards and in accordance with Trust values. size. There will be opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills, specific to your individual needs. Training will be provided to ensure you have the required core skills and skills set specific to your area of work. You will also be supported to obtain your care certificate if you do not have this qualification.
