Job summary
Melksham and Bradford on Avon Community Team are passionate about nursing, zealous about helping to keep people in their own homes and enthusiastic about supporting each other.
We vehemently try to prevent patients from being admitted to hospital unnecessarily and support people at the end of their life to stay at home.
We currently need a qualified Band 5 nurse to work 37.5 hours per week in our team (5 x 7.5 hour shifts).
We are responsive to training needs, offer support, mentorship and teaching to become skilled in caring for the complex patients we now have on our caseloads.
If you have up to date clinical skills, good communication skills, motivation, and enthusiasm and are hardworking then come and join us.
We are a busy friendly team who would welcome new or experienced members of staff who would be willing to contribute to the on-going development of the community service.
