Job summary
As a Therapy Assistant, you will actively work as a member of the as a member of the multi-professional team atWigmore Lane Health Centre Luton MSK service. You will provide a high quality of care to the patient and participate in patients individual rehabilitation / programmes of care.
This is a full-time opportunity working 37.5 hours across the week.
The service operates between 8:00am 6:30pm Monday to Friday with no requirement for weekend or bank holiday work. There will be a degree of flexibility on your working patterns which can be discussed further at interview stage.
Main duties of the job
- Undertake prescribed Therapy with the patient independently
- To lead Group therapy programme and as well as remedial group programme.
- Provide appropriate professional with up-to-date accurate information regarding patients progress.
- To undertake individual rehabilitation programmes of care with the patient.
- Provide holistic care respecting patients rights and individuality
