Job summary
As aRehabilitation Assistantyoull join a friendly and dynamic multidisciplinary team based at Sheppey Community Hospital who are focused on supporting,enabling and rehabilitatingourservice users in order to promoteindependence andmake our service usersfeel the difference.
This is a full-time (37.5 hours) Ward based role.
Main duties of the job
Your days will bechallenging butrewardingwithin the rapid response and intermediate care teamsand will include activities such as: enabling personal care and meal preparation, assisting with rehabilitation exercise programs, monitoring observations and wellbeing, joint visits with qualified professionals to support with moving and handling tasks and admission avoidance tasks andequipment provision.
