We are thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Business Support team in Bath. This pivotal positionwill coverthe whole of Bath and North East Somerset Childrens Community Health Services, overseeing all administrative functions and ensuring that the Single Point of Access and Business Support teams are working effectively.
The Business Support function provides secretarial, administrative and organisational support across the full range of office and service activities, including the smooth running of the office, reception and front of house duties and secretarial/administrative support to a range of frontline clinicians and managers.
The SPA Team function complete appointments for Clinicians, respond and process incoming calls from Service Users, Enter patient data to Organisational systems and support and gather information around referrals into B&NES Community Childrens Health Services.
This is a part-timeposition, working 22.5 hours across the week over three days with the opportunity to work flexibility between your base (St Martin's Hospital)and home.
Main duties of the job
As a AdministrationTeam Leader, no two days will be the same as you handle a diverse range oftasks such as:
- Day to day management of Administrators, ensuring all taskswithin the team are covered appropriately while also maintaining own administrative workload.
- Key Communication,working with managers and senior practitioners to ensure that statutoryand other timescales for tasks are achieved.
- Liaisingwith other Business Support Team Leaders to ensure that all service areas are adequately covered.
- Attending and actively contributingto a range of meetings to represent the Business Support function as required.
- Maintaining effective communication with the Business Support Manager to ensure that tasks are prioritisedand resourced effectively.
