Job summary
As a Client Relationship Manager, youll join our Learning and Development Team which provides learning and development to HCRG Care Group colleagues as well as commercially, where we provide a wide range of learning solutions including clinical and non-clinical training, apprenticeship, and vocational learning.
You will work for a team who have received an Outstanding rating from Ofsted and are still focused on continuous improvement and growth. Due to this continuous improvement mindset the team have recently picked up the award for Highly Commended Apprenticeship Employer in the Social Justice Category highlighting the great work they continue to do.
You will work alongside the TLE Team Leads / Heads as appropriate, leading the development of and reporting of performance against a TLE Business Development Plan. Whilst leading tendering / bid completions and submissions, working with the TLE Team Leads / Heads as appropriate, SMEs and other stakeholders to ensure submission of quality bids.
The role will be based at our Head Office in Runcorn however we do offer the option of hybrid working, with the requirement to attend any mandatory meetings in person. There may also be a requirement to travel to see clients across the country and attend networking events.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a successful candidate who will be responsible for the following:
- Monitor bid opportunities and assess the cost benefit of submission
- Work with TLE Team Leads / Heads as appropriate to co-ordinate and conduct effective market appraisal / assessment regularly to ascertain market share and business opportunities for growth or diversification
- Create, develop and manage relationships with customers / clients and networks to generate and support new sales and income generation
- Maintain and build relationships with current clients and new clients, working to understand their needs and requirements, propose solutions and identifying learning services / interventions that fulfil their requirements
- Work with TLE finance co-ordinator, HCRG Care Group Finance Team and credit control to ensure all income is received in a timely manner using up to date systems / payment mechanisms and maintaining client data and information
- You will be required to work to targets and required to support the growth of the commercial function of the department across all areas of learning provision
