Job summary
We are looking for a passionate Team Leader Job Coach to drive our Vocational Hub to success!
If you're dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for individuals with learning difficulties and Autism, we want to hear from you. You'll be at the forefront of our Vocational Hub, collaborating with job coaches and coordinators to secure diverse opportunities, from community volunteering to sustainable employment. By cultivating partnerships with local councils, museums, and educational institutions, you'll be instrumental in expanding horizons for our service users.
In this role, you'll be hands-on, providing job coaching, overseeing projects, and guiding the team towards success. Our hubs are based at Carrswood Day Service, Twerton, Bath, and Connections Day Service, Radstock, travel across Bath and North East Somerset being a key aspect of the role.
Main duties of the job
As the Vocational Hub Team Lead, you will:
- Research and establish partnerships with organizations, fostering meaningful relationships.
- Manage referrals and ensure the availability of suitable vocational opportunities.
- Provide supervision and support for Coordinators and Job Coaches.
- Handle a diverse caseload, engaging in face-to-face job coaching and coordination duties.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, forums, and promotional events, contributing to business development.
- Uphold the quality of our services, ensuring compliance with essential practices, including Safeguarding Adults & Children.
- Collaborate with day services and other organizational departments.
