Job responsibilities
As a bank Speech and Language Therapist you will provide specialist
assessment, diagnosis and therapeutic interventions and discharge planning or
onward referral- for In-patients (incl. stroke rehabilitation), patients
attending outpatient clinics, or patients in the community who have
communication and/or swallowing difficulties, resulting from a variety of
acquired or progressive neurological conditions.

part of the NHS system in Farnham Hospital where we deliver services across
Farnham, North East Hants and Surrey Heath.

Main
Responsibilities
Your days will be varied and challenging and include: assessing and
treating patients who have communication and/or swallowing difficulties,
resulting from a variety of acquired or progressive neurological conditions.
You need to be Dysphagia trained. You will be based primarily in Farnham
Hospital but be able to travel to patients own homes in the community.
The
Ideal Candidate
If you are a Speech and Language Therapist with Degree Qualification and
Dysphagia training wed love to talk to you about having you join the team.
You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to
demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word,
Excel.
