As a Haematology Co-ordinator, you will be part of a dynamic administrative team, supporting both the multidisciplinary clinical and administrative teams to ensure a high-quality service, a positive patient experience, and the highest level of customer service alongside the Leeds Haematology Group.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:

Act as the primary point of contact for
Haematology administration and financial enquiries.
o
Manage patient appointments, including
scheduling and coordination.
o
Resolve simple patient care-related queries.
o
Handle phone calls, emails, and maintain
clinical diaries.
o
Ensure accurate patient record-keeping and
information management.
o
Identify opportunities for improvements in
patient care pathways and financial processes.
2. Financial Responsibilities:
o
Process and prepare invoices, including
insurance and self-funding billing.
o
Maintain and update financial records,
primarily using Excel.
o
Address financial queries from patients and
insurance companies.
3. Skills and Attributes:
o
