Job summary

Shift time: 10pm - 6am

Salary:£55,000 per annum +15% Night Shift Allowance (£32.44/hour equivalent)

Are you a dedicated and detail-oriented pharmacist with a passion for providing exceptional patient care? Lloyds Clinical is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic team, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our central and regional business units, ensuring safe and effective treatments for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert pharmacy services, supporting both day-to-day and long-term strategy development.
  • Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians to deliver the highest standards of care.
  • Screen prescriptions to ensure safety, effectiveness, and evidence-based care, particularly in the areas of TPN, antibiotics, and chemotherapy.
  • Liaise with NHS clinicians and industry professionals to promote our pharmaceutical services.
  • Support clinical governance, audits, and the development of guidelines.

Main duties of the job

  • A registered member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Experience in hospital pharmacy, especially in TPN or oncology, will be a plus!
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A team leader who thrives on collaboration and possesses excellent communication skills.
  • Someone passionate about supporting and advising patients in a primary care setting.
