  • Lloyds Clinical are seeking a dynamic Education and Training Lead Nurse to support clinical excellence. In this role, you will lead a team to shape the future of clinical homecare, guide evidence-based best practices, drive quality improvements, and identify commercial opportunities.

    You will oversee scoping, implementing, and evaluating education and training, ensuring alignment with both clinical and business goals. Leading and developing a team, youll provide guidance, support, and leadership to help each member reach their full potential. Your leadership will foster a high-performance culture, where the team plays a key role in driving success and growth of our homecare services.

Main duties of the job

    • You will be an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN and hold an MSc or PgC in Education for Healthcare Professionals (or equivalent) As an experienced manager, you will need to showcase your ability to lead and develop a team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Your expertise in clinical education will be complemented by your proven track record of converting evidence-based educational concepts into successful outcomes, while also driving change and improvements across clinical teams.

      You will also have a sound understanding of business development. Adaptability, flexibility, and the maintenance of clinical skills in line with business requirements will be crucial, along with a full UK driving licence to travel as required.
