  • Clinical Governance:Lead compliance with legislation and standards, ensuring patient safety and legal adherence.
  • Operational Excellence:Oversee day-to-day operations, driving high standards in Pharmacy Services.
  • Oncology Focus:Develop and implement plans for oncology medication services, ensuring best practices and compliance.
  • Education and Development:Create a robust learning framework for all pharmacists, promoting continuous professional development.
  • Leadership:Cultivate a high-performing team, maximising potential and engagement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Build and maintain key relationships internally and externally to enhance integrated patient care.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing UK pharmacy practice.

  • Project Management: Highly organized with a track record of driving innovation and improvement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
