- Oncology Focus:Develop and implement plans for oncology medication services, ensuring best practices and compliance.
- Education and Development:Create a robust learning framework for all pharmacists, promoting continuous professional development.

- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing UK pharmacy practice.
- Business Acumen: Commercially astute with strong analytical and operational planning skills.
- Project Management: Highly organized with a track record of driving innovation and improvement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
