NIGHT - NURSE IN CHARGE - RGN/RMN. Cornwall is a beautiful place, If you are considering relocating for an exciting opportunity and an improved work life balance then we are keen to hear from you. Beech lawn is a forward thinking 44 bedded Nursing and Residential Home for frail and Elderly residents. We have a five year strategy to become a diverse and inclusive care facility. This includes an 18 bedded purpose-built hospice, 6 bedded younger adult unit for complex needs, respite care and an
outreach domiciliary service . We are almost paperless and have IPAD entry to our care system. We invest in our staffs learning and development an example being - BLUESTREAM ACADEMY and we have a open and honest culture throughout the organisation. We host staff engagement sessions and hold a 2 monthly clinical governance committee - You will feel very much part of a TEAM.
You will have a varied clinical and managerial experience, be used to managing transitional change and have significant clinical experience in a variance of clinical settings. Salary equivalent to band 7 AFC

Medicines
management In-line with internal / local / national guidance / polices Raising safeguarding concerns
Deprivation

Mental capacity assessments
Maintain
care control records, which are professional, accurate and current
Undertake where appropriate DST and CHC funding reviews
Liaise with GPs, pharmacists and other professionals in the safe care delivery of our service users.
Maintain
the privacy, dignity, safety of our service users at all times.Be integral in the delivery of our five year strategy
