Cygnet Group are looking for a confident, caring and motivated Learning Disabilities Support Worker to join our friendly team at Devon Lodge. If youre passionate about helping others live fulfilling, independent lives, this is a role where you can genuinely make a difference every single day. We are offering a 42hour contract, working a variety of daytime shifts. Some shifts may start at 7 am, while others may finish at 10 pm, across a 7day rota (including two weekends per month). Devon Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment, promoting independence and community integration. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do, based on each persons specific needs. We understand that consistency and continuity of care is important for the individuals we care for.
