We are looking for a confident Clinical Team Leader (RMN or RNLD) for Springs Wing, at Cygnet Hospital Harrow who can inspire, support and oversee the delivery of the very best care.

You will be expected to work 38.5 hours a week (days and night shifts) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care.

• Day shifts 7:15am 7:45pm

• Night shifts 7:30pm 07:30am

Springs Service (Springs Centre and Springs Wing) at Cygnet Hospital Harrow is a service for men with mental health needs and a diagnosis of autism.

Cygnet Hospital Harrow provides a recovery focused service treating a wide range of mental health problems. We also offer specialist diagnostic, assessment and inpatient services for individuals with mental health needs and who also have a dual diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.

Your day-to-day Provide clinical leadership, coaching & mentoring for the development of services Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained Administer medicines within healthcare procedures and Healthcare C ommission guidelines Take lead responsibility in undertaking regular care audits Maintain excellence through clinical practice development & quality improvement Be responsible for a planned programme of support across your area of focus Be an active member of clinical working committees relevant to role Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursingWhy Cygnet?
