Job responsibilities

We are looking for a confident Support Day Shift Leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

Youll be working 42hours a week, day shifts only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Broughton House.

Broughton House is a 29 bed specialist residential service for adults with severe learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

Your day-to-day

• Support both management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service
• Ensure duties are allocated effectively and safely
• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
• Safeguard
• Maintain a safe & clean environment for all
