We are looking for a confident Mental Health Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care to join our team at Cygnet Sedgley Lodge & House.

You will be working42hours a week including days, nights & weekends,making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care atCygnet Sedgley Lodge & House.

Cygnet Sedgley Lodge & House offers a 34-bed high-dependency inpatient rehabilitation service for men with complex needs.The service is designed to provide an environment that promotes mental health recovery by focusing on space, personal privacy, and dignity.

**Must have a minimum of 12 months experience working with Mental Health /Challenging Behaviour**

Your day-to-day

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs
• Report on medical & welfare needs as required
