Are you a confident Specialist Support Worker driven by a passion for delivering exceptional care in a specialist enhanced support environment?

Please note - We require you to have a full clean driving license. For insurance purposes you must have held this license for a minimum of 2 years.

About Us

Youll work42 hours a week Nights only, making a profound difference in the lives of adults with autism and learning disabilities at Broughton Lodge, a specialist enhanced residential service for individuals who may present challenging behaviors.

Shift Pattern: Days (8pm - 8am) Nights only

Week 1: 4 days on, 3 days off

Week 2: 3 days on, 4 days off
