Oakwood Gardens has 9 self-contained bungalows supporting adults over the age of 18 with learning difficulties & autism located in WV5 0BR, Wombourne. Please be aware successful candidates will need access to their own vehicle with a clean UK Driving Licence.

  • Monitoring of residents and reporting concerns to senior team members or managers
  • Going out with residents into the local community to attend events, parks, restaurants and local activities
  • Completing residents records to help monitor health
