The ethos of our service is about assessing and treating service users in the least restrictive environment and planning for discharge in a robust and timely fashion.

Our approach is recovery focused and supported by comprehensive multi-disciplinary team, contributing to shorter lengths of stay.

The post holder will be the Medical Director at Cygnet Nield House, whilst also being the Responsible Clinician and have overall medical responsibility of patient treatment plans, whilst liaising closely with the Multi-Disciplinary Team (Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Registered Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers etc.)
