We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

Youll be working42hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care atCygnet Sedgley House/Lodge.

Cygnet Sedgley House and Cygnet Sedgley Lodgeoffer a 34-bed high-dependency inpatient rehabilitation service for men with complex needs. The service is designed to provide an environment that promotes mental health recovery by focusing on space, personal privacy, and dignity.

Your day-to-day

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs
• Report on medical & welfare needs as required
• Safeguard
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
