About Cygnet Gledholt:

Gledholt is an enhanced community residential service committed to providing outcome-focused support for adults with learning disabilities. Our residents may have challenging behaviors and associated complex needs. As a Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in enriching their lives.

Your Role:

42 hours per week. A mixture of day and night shifts (2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights)

  • Support management and team members in daily service operations
  • Allocate duties effectively and safely
  • Deliver enhanced care with a flexible learning approach
  • Offer guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
  • Understand and address individuals' specific needs
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required
  • Safeguard the well-being of all residents
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment
