Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate MRI - CT Radiographer to join our dedicated healthcare team at the Horder Centre Hospital. This is an amazing opportunity for qualified radiographer to gain experience in a private healthcare setting. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Main duties of the job

Conduct various MRI and CT examinations.
Collaborate with radiologists, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain detailed patient records and documentation.

Qualifications
Essential
- Undertaking a wide variety MRI, CT, Xray, Dexa or Ultrasound examinations on different systems.
- Preparing patients for imaging procedures, explains the procedure and ensures that the patient is comfortable and properly positioned.
- Ensuring all referrals are justified and provide advise on protocols, if required
- Ensuring consistently high-quality images are produced.
- Assessing images for quality and clinical significant and escalate urgent findings as necessary.
- Administering contrast media in line with PGD guidance, SOPs & protocols.
