Job summary

This role is accountable for the day-to-day management of the Companys Clinical Systems, including but not limited to PACS, RIS & IEP. The role is instrumental in the smooth running of the business. Working with and supporting Radiologists and staff across all sites and business areas. The post holder must be flexible, able to work under their own initiative.

Main duties of the job

Responsible for the day-to-day administration of CDC Contracts and Clinical systems including but not limited to Intelerad, Sectra IEP and Radlite.

Assist with support and advice to all internal and external users of the Clinical Systems.

Regularly meet with all Clinical System Manger, to ensure systems adhere to agreed SLAs & meet business needs.

To work closely with the IT service desk & system vendors when troubleshooting issues

To demonstrate high standards of Customer Care

To ensure good communication with our key stakeholders and other departments.
