To be responsible for reviewing existing Breast Care Unit, including the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and care pathways. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive care and support to patients with breast cancer and other breast-related conditions.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC registration and postgraduate qualification in breast care nursing or oncology nursing, ideally with leadership and management experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in breast care or oncology nursing with experience in setting up or managing a clinical unit.
  • Knowledge of CQC requirements and clinical governance issues.
