ABOUT THE ROLE
Arrow PCN is seeking an experienced Paramedic to work collaboratively with other Primary Care healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach when assessing and managing patients conditions and illnesses within General Practice.
PICS are supporting our team of Paramedics to develop their skills and knowledge in line with Heath Education Englands First Contact Practitioners & Advanced Practitioners in Primary Care (Paramedic): A Roadmap to Practice.
You will be part of a wider team of PICS Paramedics and supported by our Paramedic Clinical Lead who is on the PICS management team.

Work closely with the multi-professional, management and administration teams to ensure the smooth running of the PCN and PICS, reporting any problems encountered to the relevant person and ensuring everyone is aware of the different roles within the team
Meetings

Patients entrust us with, or allow us to gather, sensitive information in relation to their health and other matters. They do so in confidence and have the right to expect that staff will respect their privacy and act appropriately
