Job summary
ABOUT THE ROLE
Mid Notts Place Based Partnership (PBP) is developing Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) in the 4 localities of Ashfield, Mansfield, Newark and Sherwood.
We are seeking two highly motivated, self-driven administrators with excellent organisation/administrative skills that will support the Project Co-ordinators and Transformation Leads in INT delivery of tackling and reducing health inequalities in each locality. One of the Administrators will work across Mansfield and Ashfield and the other will work across Newark and Sherwood.
Successful candidates will work closely with GP leads, local design teams, commissioners, local councils, social and voluntary sector organisations, whom are all involved in targeting and facilitating care for specific community groups in their localities including but not restricted to the PBP themes of Best Start for young people, Living Well and Ageing Well for adults and the elderly. A particular focus will be on tackling local health inequality priorities in each locality.
The role is based at Ashfield Health Village
This is a hybrid role working either across Ashfield and Mansfield or Newark and Sherwood, mainly working from home)
Full induction training provided with additional training as appropriate.
The role will work closely with Mid Notts Place Team, GP leads, local PCNs, Local District Councils social care and voluntary sector
The role will be part of an integrated team within the locality as well across the whole of Mid Notts
Main duties of the job
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
MAIN DUTIES:
Provide day to day effective and efficient administration support
Be able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload
Organising and recording of meetings, keeping actions logs and plans up to date
GENERAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Able to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work with confidential information and understand when consent has to be gained to discuss confidential information
