Job summary
You will be working within Rosewood Primary Care Network, which includes 5 practices based in Mansfield Town Centre (NG18)
The successful candidate will have a qualification or equivalent experience in a data collection and analysis role preferably within the NHS. On the job training with be given but a basic understanding is essential.
The main aim will be to support GP Practices and the Primary Care Network in collecting and analysing data from NHS Systems to maximise income and improve patient care.
This is a nonpatient facing role and the successful candidate will be working closely with the Practice Managers in all 5 practices and the Primary Care Networks Digital & Transformation Lead. The Rosewood PCN is a well-established and forward-thinking organisation, and this role is critical in helping us progress into the next phase of our development process.
Main duties of the job
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gathering and analysing data at Practice and PCN level.
- Identify missing data and gaps in clinical coding.
- Working alongside Practice Managers to processing financial claims and reports at Practice & PCN level.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Data analysis qualification or equivalent experience
- Critical thinker
- Demonstrated capabilities to manage own workload and make informed decisions in the absence of required information, working to tight and often changing timescales
