Job summary
Whyburn Medical Practice located in Hucknall is looking to extend the nursing team with an additional Advanced Nurse Practitioner. The successful postholder will be a registered General Nurse with a minimum of 5 years post registration experience who will assess, diagnose, and treat patients through safe primary care. You will be an experienced, personable and motivated nurse who is able to work autonomously and as part of a team of dedicated health care professionals.
Main duties of the job
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clinical nursing practice
- Care and programme management
- Strategic development of primary care services
- Health improvement
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Registered General Nurse through the Nursing and Midwifery Council
- Recognised Nursing Practitioner degree or equivalent
- Independent Nurse Prescriber
