Job summary
Saxon Cross Surgery in Stapleford is looking to extend the nursing team with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. The successful postholder will be a registered General Nurse with a minimum of 5 years post registration experience who will assess, diagnose, and treat patients through safe primary care. You will be experienced, personable and motivated who able to work autonomously and as part of a team of dedicated health care professionals.
This role could be suited to an experienced practice nurse who is wanting to develop their skills, experience, and knowledge into an ANP. The Master’s degree can be completed in training, with the full support of the Lead Nurse and Practice Management.
Main duties of the job
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clinical nursing practice
- Care and programme management
- Strategic development of primary care services
- Health improvement
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Registered General Nurse through the Nursing and Midwifery Council
- Recognised Nursing Practitioner degree or equivalent
- Independent Nurse Prescriber
