Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a GP Practice Data Quality Administrator to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about providing high quality care and data quality administration support to Mansfield North Primary Care Network.

Main duties of the job

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing of clinical correspondence received from various sources in line with PICS Letter Processing Protocol
  • Review new processes as part of a review of general practice at scale including proactive screening to support Economic and Social Data Service (ESDS)
  • Scope options of a secretarial hub and ways to improve core function of general practice with time saving initiatives.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Good standard of education (GCSE grade C or above in Mathematics and English or equivalent)
  • Experience in admin/business customer service environment]
  • Strong SystmOne knowledge and experience

Job responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

The main focus is to help practices where possible remove the burden of their administrative duties, tasks that can be completed in their entirety by a third party on behalf of the practice, also to relieve some of the burden of everyday administration workload.

The aim is to work closely with the practice managers and plug gaps of inefficiency, skill or excess amounts of work.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSBILITIES:

  • Processing of clinical correspondence received from various sources in line with PICS Letter Processing Protocol
  • Processing Pathology Results in line with a protocol
  • Returning letters that are not patients at the Practice
  • Preparing / Producing Medical reports which includes SARS requests, in line with PICS Medical Reports Protocol
  • General Administration tasks
  • Summarising new patient records
  • Checking patient records and granting full online access requests
  • Monitoring progress of all data quality against Practice targets
  • Monitoring patient call and recall systems
  • Management of GP Teamnet
  • Completing DSPT
  • Supporting PICS Practices with administration tasks as and when required
  • Review new processes as part of a review of general practice at scale including proactive screening to support ESDS
  • Scope options of a secretarial hub and ways to improve core function of general practice with time saving initiatives.
