Job summary

We are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to join our team. The post holder will be part of our growing organisation and will be supported by the Practice Manager and your colleagues.

Do you have the personality and the ability to go through a whole range of emotions in one day and still come back to the front line positive and motivated the next day?

Our reception team are the first contact with our patients. You will see a variety of emotions displayed and have to be empathetic, kind but also quite assertive at times when interacting with our patients. You will need to have a good listening ear and be able to offer more information to our patients than they realise they actually need. Signposting our patients to the correct services for them is important, as is utilising the resources we have available. Finding the balance can sometimes be challenging but we do it, and do it very well.
