Job summary
Symphony Health Care Services are looking for a experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team at North Petherton Surgery.

The hours available for this post is 34 hours per week. Working pattern to be discussed at interview.
The rate of pay for this role is £15.45 per hour (£30,218.95 per annum pro rata ).
Main duties of the job
To support SHS surgeries in providing safe, effective and efficient systems for medicines reconciliation on transfer of care, and to support the repeat prescribing systems. The post holder will help patients to get the best from their medicines by supporting systems to improve the continuity of care, supporting improvements to streamline the repeat prescribing processes, minimising clinical risk and reducing waste. You will be enrolled on and actively participate in a recognised post-registration pharmacy technician educational pathway.
The post-holder will be based at our North Petherton Surgery but may work across all of our medicines management hubs and practices.
