Job summary

Ryalls Park Medical Centre and Oaklands Surgery in Yeovil have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join their supportive nursing teams, on a permanent basis.

The hours available are 30 hours per week, to be worked across Monday to Friday. Working patterns will be discussed at interview stage.

Your starting salary will be based on previous experience and will range between £41, 830 to £58,465 per annum, pro rata.

You can also join the NHS or NEST pension, among many other Symphony employee benefits.

Main duties of the job

You will be an experienced Nurse who, acting within their professional boundaries, will provide care for patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of patient care.

You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to make differential diagnosis using decision making and problem solving skills whilst making professional autonomous decisions for which they are accountable.

In addition, you will possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively, as part of a multi-disciplinary team with other health care professionals and disciplines, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.

NMC requirements for advanced practice must be met.
