Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
- Lead KFM's senior leadership team in delivering our strategic aims, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Build and sustain robust, productive relationships with key stakeholders including KCH, as customer and owner, as well as the wider NHS and other healthcare partners, to enhance service quality and value.
- Drive operational excellence to ensure KFMs services meet customer requirements and industry standards and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
- Oversee financial performance, ensuring sustainability and growth in alignment with our objectives.
- Identify and manage strategic risks, guiding KFM through an evolving healthcare sector.
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within healthcare, support services or similar sectors.
- Proven track record of strategic and operational success in complex, regulated environments.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing large-scale budgets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
