You are currently on the nursing register and hold up the NMC Code of standards for practice and behaviour we expect of all our registered healthcare professionals

You have effective relationships based on empathy, respect and dignity

You have excellent clinical and technical knowledge and skills

You have experience as a practice supervisor or practice assessor

You have a level 2 in functional skills or level 4 or above Maths & English GCSE

You deliver care competently, with courage, commitment and compassion all delivered with excellent communication skills

You reflect on your practice and identify any further learning

You plan your CPD as part of revalidation

Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential

• Valid NMC Registration
• Evidence of relevant clinical professional development
• Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice
• Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability
• Critical care experience would be advantages but not essential
