Main duties of the job

We have an opportunity for a Quality and Assurance Facilitator to join their team of staff in the Quality and Risk Department. Come and join our dynamic team and who work to constantly improve our patient experience. If you have experience working in healthcare settings and dealing with patient feedback both positive and negative and want to drive our quality improvement programmes we have a vacancy in our team. We are looking for driven individuals who can empathise with users of the service and want to provide the best patient experience possible while working in a supportive team.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems and intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs.
