Job summary

Job Purpose

Leading on onboarding patients onto the MyDiabetesMyWay platform across GMancs & NWCoast via active & ongoing promotion in all relevant settings, inc.

  • primary care, specialist clinics, pharmacies, CCGs
  • third sector, regional support groups
  • local/regional media
  • direct patient recruitment

Specific targets TBC as part of probationary period (key metric being patient onboarding).

You will be:

  • working as part of a wider team; existing promo material will be provided, which you may wish to adapt

Tasks inc:

  • creating onboarding campaign with regular tracking & reporting against this
  • product promo & driving onboarding
  • supporting Q&A
  • dealing with healthcare professionals - demoing, supporting enrolment, advertising
  • any other aspects of driving onboarding forward, e.g. local workshops, wider comms, advertising etc

Regular travel throughout the region expected as lockdown allows.

Main duties of the job

Essential skills & experience

  • Degree level education or equiv work experience, pref relating to diabetes, healthcare & IT
  • 5+ years experience in related fields
  • Good understanding of NHS within the region & excellent contacts
  • Good knowledge of Info Governance (or willingness to quickly learn)
  • Home office, reliable broadband, clean driving licence, willingness to travel throughout the region
  • Excellent organisational & communication skills & a passion for making the implementation & patient onboarding a success

MyWay Digital Health Ltd is a start-up that spun-out of the University of Dundee in January 2017, with the aim of commercialising the existing and successful MyDiabetesMyWay website into other parts of the UK and overseas.
