Reports to: Senior Clinical Psychologist
This is a remote based position but must be based in the UK

Role Objective: Support the Clinical Governance function at Kooth to ensure we are providing safe, clinically robust, evidence-informed care at all times.

Clinical Governance:
- Support the auditing of casenotes, transcripts and associated activity to ensure quality of both online and face to face services.
- To highlight any performance issues that may arise from the clinical audit and advise Senior Practitioners/managers regarding recommendations for further development/review and support this process as required.
- Support the implementation of specialist clinical models and therapeutic approaches within the Service Delivery teams.
- To provide a responsive clinical advisory service to all delivery staff and Senior Practitioners via the clinical request/safeguarding log and relevant emails; taking into account both theoretical and therapeutic models and highly complex factors concerning current, historical and developmental processes, and being accountable for any actions/advice given.
- To attend clinical supervision with a supervisor approved by CCO.
- To support other teams in their activities, where appropriate, e.g. marketing, engagement, research, product and technology, to ensure there is clinical input and any relevant activities are safe, evidence-informed, and clinically robust.
Safeguarding:- Support our safeguarding processes including the user safety incident framework.
- To support the safeguarding team in their responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of Adults, Children and Young People at all times and to advise/support Service Delivery and other teams as appropriate regarding best practice.
- To work as part of a team offering out of hours support to staff working online on a rota based system (dependent on experience); including enabling and supporting senior Practitioners and Shift Leads to manage risk in line with safeguarding best practice.
Analytics, Reporting and Insights:
- To undertake regular evaluation and monitoring of aspects of clinical delivery.
- To support the regular analysis and reporting of clinically relevant data.
Clinical Training:- To support the development/improvement and delivery of specialist training packages that can be delivered both internally and externally.
- To contribute to the development, maintenance and dissemination of the highest professional standards of practice, through active participation in internal and external CPD training and development programmes.
Management and Leadership:- To ensure that clinical activity is underpinned by the needs of all service users as defined by the i-RESPOND clinical operating model.
- Support the delivery team in providing specialist assessments based on the appropriate use, interpretation and integration of complex data from a variety of sources within a digital framework.
- To support organisational priorities and projects to contribute to service development.
- To encourage a culture of evidence based practice in all parts of the organisation.
Stakeholder Management:
- To contribute to external meetings with stakeholders as appropriate, including supporting the Commercial and Engagement teams with external activities.
- To contribute to complex communications with different stakeholders, both internally and externally, at a range of levels.
- To support external events such as webinars, conferences or other public speaking opportunities.

Qualifications
Essential
- Professional qualification in Clinical Psychology at doctoral level (or its equivalent) as accredited by the BPS
- Professional registration with the Health & Care Professions Council
- Post-qualification experience with children, young people and vulnerable adults in one or more clinical areas.
Desirable
- Desired:
- Supervision qualification
- Leadership qualification/experience
- Trained to a minimum of L3 Safeguarding.
- Experience working online/in digital mental health.
- Experience working with neurodiversity/cognitive difficulties.
