Job summary

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join North Norfolk Primary Care (NNPC) as a Clinical Quality & Patient Safety Lead.

We are looking for someone who can provide leadership support on quality and patient safety aspects of primary care service delivery, with substantial experience in this area.

The post holder will be responsible for leading and supporting our complaints and incidents response processes, to assist the organisation with the implementation of PSIRF and LFPSE processes, whilst being a key player in the clinical governance structure of the organisation.

It is anticipated that the interview date for this job role will be in the afternoon of 5th December 2023.

  • PALS & Complaints handling team
  • Incidents and complaints investigatory approaches
  • Patient Safety Incident Investigations
  • Other aspects of care that triangulate learning with incidents (including PALS and Complaints)
  • Relationships with CQC, ICBs, NHSE and other organisations regarding incidents and safety
  • All aspects of clinical governance related to new, developing, and existing services
  • Uphold the culture of high-quality patient care delivery for the organisation

Regulatory compliance with CQC in aspects of clinical governance
