ABOUT THE ROLE As a Care Assistant at a Darcy Gardens care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Each position is 33 or 44 hours per week, days or nights 8-8 (12 hour shifts) including alternate weekend working ABOUT YOU To join us as a Care Assistant you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
Main duties of the job

Your role will be varied and fulfilling, with tasks ranging from supporting residents with their food and drink, following care plans, to ensuring each resident receives personalized one-to-one time.
