ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Qualifications

Essential

• To be considered for this role, you'll need to have some experience in caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and strong communication skills. The ability to empathize and show compassion is essential to provide the highest level of care and support to the residents.
