ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. • To join as a Care Assistant, you will need some experience in caring for older people, a positive and can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills. Empathy, compassion, and a warm-hearted approach are essential to thrive in this role.
