ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.

Qualifications

Essential

• Some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills are required. Compassion and a warm-hearted approach are also essential.
